How do I Browse the Store?

The Arthritis Foundation web store is organized into categories.  You can search for items using these categories which appear on the top of each web page.  Once you select a category, you will see a list of products within a sub category.  Selecting a product name displays additional information about the item.

 

How do I search for items?
You can locate a specific item in the Arthritis Foundation Store several ways:


Using the search box at the top right hand corner of the each web page: This search box will work using the following:

  • Item Numbers - Enter the item number in the search box located at the top right hand corner of each web page.
  • Keywords - Words like walk, exercise and osteoarthritis will bring up any products with those words in their name or description.  Use the singular tense of the word you're searching for and use one keyword from the publication title, not the full title.
  • Product Categories - Use the product categories on the tabs across the top of the page. Click on a particular product category tab (Products By Type, Products By Topic, etc.) or hover over each tab for a drop down list of sub categories to appear.

How do I select items that I want to order?
On the detailed product page for the product you'd like to purchase, enter the quantity in the order box, then click order.  Your item(s) will now appear in your shopping cart.

 

How do I remove or update items from my current order?
Click on the View Cart button located on the top right hand corner of each web page.

  • To Change Quantities - Enter the number of the changed quantity in the QTY box.
  • To Delete Items - Click on the X beneath the Remove button, and then select Update Total.

What is a lot size?

Lot size refers to the number of individual items that come bundled together. For example, one lot of Diet and Exercise brochures comes bundled as 50 copies of the brochure.

 

How do I download a Free brochure?

The Arthritis Foundation has several brochures available in a PDF format that you can download for free.  You can download a free brochure in two ways:

 

·          Products By Type-

o        Select “Downloadable Brochures”

o        Pick the category you are interested in and a list of brochures will appear

o        Select the brochure title you want then click “Download Now”

o        An order form will appear.  Just enter your information and in minutes you will receive an e-mail confirmation that contains the link to download your free brochure.

 

·         Brochure Title-

o        Enter the title of the brochure you want to order in the search box.  Click on the brochure name. Then select “Download Now” for the order form to appear.  Just enter your information and in minutes you will receive an e-mail confirmation that contains the link to download your free brochure.

 

Once you receive your email confirmation, click on the “To download your FREE brochure, click HERE” link. The file options will appear.  Click on “Open” to view the PDF file brochure.  If you have any additional questions, please contact Lisa Evans at levans@arthritis.org or (404)965-7885.

 

How do I obtain member pricing?

How do I create a profile?

Creating a profile is easy and it allows you to take advantage of many benefits including faster checkout, checking order status and viewing order history.

To create a profile

  • Click on the "Log In" link at the top right corner of the page
  • Select new customer and fill out the information requested, including ship-to and bill-to information and email address.
  • Click the Continue button.
    To login to your account, click the "Login" button at the top right corner, then enter your user name and password.

How do I place an order?

Once you have selected the items you'd like to purchase, click View Cart, select "proceed to check out" and complete your billing and shipping information or log in if you have created a profile.

 

How do I check the status and track my order?

While logged in, select the "My Account" link on the top navigation bar.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Rush orders received by 1:30 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the same day.

Canadian Orders
Shipping costs for orders to Canada are equal to 20% of the total purchase with a minimum charge of $4.99. All orders are shipped via UPS ground within two business days of placing your order and should be received within eight business days.

International Orders

Shipping costs for international orders are equal to 40% of the total purchase with a minimum charge of $4.99. All orders are shipped via UPS within two business days of placing your order and should be received within 10 business days.

  • Expedited delivery is not available for International orders shipped to addresses outside the continental U.S.

What is the Arthritis Foundation's Purchase Order policy?

We currently do not accept Purchase Orders online.  If you wish to submit a purchase order, please call 1-800-207-8633 or fax the purchase order form with completed order to 770-442-9742.  All purchase orders must exceed $500.

 
What is the Arthritis Foundation Return & Refund Policy

Returns are allowed within 30 days from ship date for unopened or damaged items. Shipping and handling cannot be refunded.  If you need to return an item, please return your package to the following address via UPS so that it is insured and you have a tracking number available.

Your refund will be processeed within seven business days after it reaches the Arthritis Foundation.  You will be notified via email once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive your refund in the same format in which your original payment was made.
